Welcome to Paleo Food List!


First let me welcome you to Paleo Food List, I hope it will be the first step in getting your weight under control. If weight gain, or weight control is a problem for you then you need to read this page now.


Over the years I have experienced weight control problems and dipping in and out of various diet regimes only compounded the problem.



It was only when I found out about Paleo Foods that I was able to take control of my weight. My health improved and I discovered that I was able to do things that previously were out of reach.

As a result of my achievement, I decided to create this site to help others facing similar problems. Paleo foods are natural foods that will appeal to meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Now that is a pretty bold statement, but when you look at the selection of foods you can eat there is something for everyone.
